avion bruce (born 23 February 1983), better known by his stage name, Ali Vegas is an American Underground rapper from Queens, New York and founder of the record labels Council Recordings and Rich Soil Entertainment. After two contracts with major record labels, Vegas established his own record label "Alpha Beta Paper" and frequently performed on underground mixtapes.
